Iranian actress Maral Farjad has joined ‘Night of the Long knives’ theater play directed by Ali Shams.
The theatrical work is scheduled to go on stage July 23, 2017 at a theater hall in Iranian capital city of Tehran.
‘Night of the Long Knives’ is a theater play depicting a 50-year slice of Iran’s history, from 1966 to 2016.
Born November 12, 1982 in Tehran, Maral is the oldest daughter of veteran Iranian actor Jalil Farjad.
She is a Photography graduate who took part at some acting courses as well.
She appeared in her first television film at the age of three and made her stage debut as a teenager alongside her father in a play by Majid Jafari.
Farjad has acted in movies such as ‘The Wedding Dinner’ (2005) and ‘Brick Boys’ (2006).
She has also appeared in series such as ‘The Magic Coat’ (1998-1999), ‘Operation 125’ (2008), ‘Khatoun’ (2014), and ‘Zero Hour’ (2015).
